Chicago, Illinois — Shaun Donovan, Secretary of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development recently visited the Pullman Wheelworks Apartments in Chicago's historic Pullman neighborhood and touted the value of this historic rehabilitation as a poster project for affordable housing and neighborhood stabilization.
